PS FOAM PELLETIZING EXTRUSION LINE
Everplast successfully provided a PS foaming recycled raw material granulation production line for a new customer in Russia.
In order to expand and promote more complete PS foam products, Russian customers came to Taiwan to look for manufacturers with many years of experience in extrusion machine manufacturing. After understanding the customer’s needs, Everplast cooperated with the customer to develop the EMS-100 single-screw extruder. Machine and special granulation mold, with a production capacity of 200-300KG/HR. This production line can directly use PS recycled materials to make PS foam particles, which can be used as raw materials for the next PS finished product process. The granulation process can be completed in a one-stop process, which can effectively reuse recycled materials, saving more energy and costs. The low-cost and economical machine and smart process can quickly and successfully help customers solve the circular economy. Environmental protection and business expansion problems, becoming the most powerful R&D partner for customers.
