Everplast a installé avec succès un ensemble de LIGNES DE MACHINES DE COMPOSAGE ET DE SYSTÈME DE MÉLANGE EMD-75 PE-WPC pour notre nouveau client au Qatar.

 

Le client a installé une nouvelle usine de production au Qatar. Grâce à une coopération technique avec des fabricants japonais, notre client utilise la ligne de machines de préparation EMD-75 PE-WPC et un système de mélange personnalisé développé par Everplast pour produire des granulés PE-WPC et acquérir une très bonne réputation de qualité stable.

 

La gamme de machines de mélange Everplast EMD-75 PE-WPC est facile à utiliser et à nettoyer après la production. En améliorant la précision du contrôle de la température et l’efficacité du refroidissement, la qualité et la capacité de production sont très stables. De plus, nous fournissons un système de mélange bien conçu basé sur la formule des matières premières du client, ce qui permet d’économiser plus de temps d’opération et de main d’œuvre et d’atteindre également le rendement attendu.
